		<description>Yeah, I&#039;m with Stina. I think most PR people are naturally competitive and there&#039;s nothing wrong with some friendly competition. As long as everyone knows not to take things so personally, I think publicists can be good friends who learn from each other.</description>

		<description>I have this conversation often with people in PR and outside of PR. (Especially my mom haha).  Some people say to not be too nice, and don&#039;t let people walk all over you.  Other says think for yourself. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Here&#039;s what I do: I listen. I&#039;ve said this so many times in so many posts that we sometimes need to sit back and listen to other people. How they interact with others etc.  I am someone who will help anyone who is a sincere individual.  For instance, I was told about a job opportunity that wasn&#039;t a perfect fit for me but passed it along to a friend I met via twitter and she got the interview! I think people remember the little things and will help each other out in the end.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;However a little competition is always good. As long as it&#039;s friendly of course. :)</description>
